Description:

EFS has an immediate opening for a Full Time, EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS who speak English as well as French, in our Ogden call center. Day shifts are available. EFS is a rapidly growing company that provides financial services for the transportation industry.  Base Pay is dependant upon experience.  

Duties:

Duties include handling incoming calls for transaction authorization, information verification for truckstops, account maintenance for account holders, completing various projects in order to assist customers, always providing a high level of customer service.  Will also take English calls but MUST be fluent in French.

Qualifications:

Full training is provided, but experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Gmail are preferred. Applicants must speak French and English. Must be able to work in Ogden Office, working from home is not an option at this time.
