|Description:||EFS has immediate openings for full time EXPERIENCED BI LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS in our Ogden call center. EFS is a rapidly growing company that provides financial services for the transportation industry. We are looking for bilingual candidates who speak Spanish or French. There is a differential for bilingual candidates. Base pay dependent on experience.|
|Duties:||Duties include handling incoming calls for transaction authorization, information verification for truckstops, account maintenance for account holders, completing various projects in order to assist customers, and always providing a high level of customer service. This is an inbound, non-sales position. |
|Qualifications:||Full training is provided, but experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Gmail are preferred. Previous customer service in a call center environment is needed. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to submit to a background check. We are looking for good candidates who are self starters who do not require a lot of supervision. Must be able to multi-task. Good communication skills required, both verbally and in writing. |
